These past few months have been quiet yet super busy…and for this I am grateful. Two tunes in the works and a third to follow, I am blessed for the luxury of time, the creativity and the inspiration of the music and friends around me to have been able to bring these tracks into being. I’ll be in the studio later this weekend, mixing down and mastering to prepare for a spring preview, but I’m really excited to share these sounds with you soon!
On a side note, I did a shoot about a month ago with Megan Jolly featuring tops I’ve made; t-shirts reconstructed as cute halters and tops for girls. Bebe and I modeled, Jezebel did the makeup, and as always, Megan did an amazing jobs with the photos. She’ll be posting the shoot on her new site, along with a mix I made especially for the occasion – “Fly by Knife” – keep an eye out for this in early April!
I’ve done tops like these before, for the Methods store in Brooklyn two summers ago and they were a hit – I’m hoping for a repeat performance this summer
